How much does delivery cost? +
It depends on where the order is going and what is in it, so the checkout works it out for you. Enter your country and postcode and the figure appears in your order summary before you pay — there is nothing added afterwards.
Do you deliver outside the UK? +
Yes. We ship Talaria worldwide. Orders to the EU, North America, Australia and New Zealand are estimated at checkout, and bikes move factory-direct by ocean or air freight. For any other destination the checkout asks you to contact us and we quote that lane by hand. Import duties and local taxes are the buyer’s responsibility.
How long does delivery take? +
Inside Devon, 2–4 business days by our own team. Elsewhere in mainland the UK, crated bike freight is typically 5–10 business days and parts 2–3. Highlands, islands and offshore addresses run 7–12 business days for bikes and 3–5 for parts. International bike freight is 15–40 business days.
Why do bikes take longer than parts? +
A complete Talaria ships with its battery installed, which makes it UN3481 Class 9 dangerous goods. Standard parcel networks will not carry it, so bikes travel crated on pallet freight with dangerous-goods handling. Parts and accessories have no such restriction and go out on a normal tracked parcel service.
Is delivery different if I live in Devon? +
Yes, and it is better. EX, TQ and PL postcodes are delivered by our own team from the Devon workshop at a flat local rate — the bike arrives uncrated and pre-checked rather than boxed on a pallet, and we can hand it over in person.
Do you deliver to the Scottish Highlands and islands? +
Yes. Highlands, islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight and the Isles of Scilly are all served. Every UK carrier surcharges these areas and the lead time is longer, so the estimate you see at checkout already includes it.
Will I be charged twice if I order two bikes? +
No. Freight is worked out for the consignment as a whole, so a second bike on the same order does not double the delivery charge.
What if my bike arrives damaged? +
Inspect the crate before signing and sign as damaged if the packaging is marked. Then let us know within 48 hours with photos and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund at no cost to you. See our Delivery & Returns page for the full policy and your consumer rights.
